What is WebbyTemplate and how does it work?

WebbyTemplate is a digital marketplace for buying and selling website templates, UI/UX designs, Figma kits, code components, and other web-related digital assets.

• For Buyers: Browse products, purchase securely, and receive instant digital downloads.
• For Sellers (Authors/Vendors): Upload original creations, set your prices, and earn commissions on sales. We handle listings, secure payments, and product delivery, ensuring safety for both sides.

How do I create an account?

1. Go to the homepage and click Sign Up or Sign In.
2. Enter your name, valid email, and phone number.
3. Choose your account type:
   • Regular account for buying.
   • Become an author for selling.
4. Accept our Terms & Privacy Policy.
5. Confirm your email via the verification link.

Once registered, you can manage purchases, uploads, earnings, and support requests from your dashboard.

Note: You must be 18 or older to register.

Can I use the same account to buy and sell?

Yes. After approval as a author, simply switch to the Author Dashboard from your profile menu to sell products while still being able to buy.

How do I become a seller (Author/Vendor)?

1. Sign up and choose Become an Author during registration.
2. Complete your profile with personal or business details.
3. Upload original products following our Vendor Terms & Product Guidelines.
4. Wait for our quality review—approved products go live in the marketplace.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Products must be 100% your original work.
• Tax info is only required when requesting payouts.

What types of products can I buy or sell?

Supported categories include:

• HTML Website Templates & Landing Pages
• UI/UX Kits (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• CSS Frameworks & Dashboard Templates
• Email Templates
• JavaScript Widgets/Add-ons
• WordPress Theme Components

All items must be original and free of copyright/trademark violations.

What are the system/software requirements for purchased items?

• HTML Templates: Modern browser, code editor (e.g., VS Code), optional local server.
• UI Kits: Matching design tool (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
• Code Components: Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge or relevant framework (React, Bootstrap).
• All products: ZIP extraction tool (e.g., 7-Zip or WinRAR).

Each product page lists specific requirements—check before purchasing.

How do I purchase a product?

1. Browse or search for your desired item.
2. Review the product description, compatibility, and requirements.
3. Click Add to Cart or Buy Now.
4. Complete checkout via our secure payment gateway.
5. Download your product instantly from the dashboard or confirmation email.

How do I download my purchase or view my order history?

• Go to Products/Downloads in your account dashboard.
• Download links are also in your confirmation email.
• Your order history is stored in your dashboard for future access.

I can’t download my item. What should I do?

• Check your internet connection.
• Try downloading on another browser or device.
• If the issue persists, contact support via the Help Centre Portal and include your order number.

Do products include updates and support?

• Support: Vendors provide at least 6 months of support for installation help, usage guidance, and minor bug fixes.
• Updates: Provided at the vendor’s discretion—check the product page for details.

What payment methods are accepted?

We typically accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• UPI & Digital Wallets (where enabled)
• PayPal (if applicable)
• Stripe

All payments are encrypted and processed securely. No hidden fees—only the product price, applicable taxes, and payment processing charges.

What’s the refund policy for digital products?

• All sales are final once a product is downloaded.
• Refunds may be granted within 7 days only if:
  • The item hasn’t been downloaded.
  • It is misrepresented, defective, or undelivered.
• Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and processed within 3–7 business days if approved.

What if a product is removed after purchase?

Once purchased, download your files immediately. Removed products remain non-refundable but can still be used if you’ve downloaded them.

How do I contact a seller or get help?

• Use the Ticketing system for all support requests.
• If the vendor doesn’t respond, WebbyTemplate can mediate the issue.

Why was my account limited or suspended?

Possible reasons include:

• Policy violations
• Fraud suspicion
• Incomplete verification
• Dispute non-responsiveness

You’ll receive an email explaining the issue and how to resolve it.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. You must be 18 years or older to register and use the marketplace.

How does WebbyTemplate handle data privacy and security?

• Security: HTTPS, PCI-DSS-compliant payments, no card storage.
• Compliance: GDPR and Indian IT laws.
• Your rights: Request data access, correction, or deletion via our privacy contact email.
