All payments are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your payment details on our servers.
Yes. We process all transactions via PCI-DSS–compliant third-party gateways over HTTPS encryption. Your card information is never stored on WebbyTemplate’s servers.

Taxes & Invoices
Q4. How are taxes calculated on my purchases?
Taxes such as GST or VAT may apply based on:

All applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. No extra taxes are added afterward.
Q5. Will I receive an invoice?
Yes! After successful payment, you will receive:

- Download links for purchased products in your account
You can also view and download invoices anytime from the My Account or Downloads section.
Q6. I’m a vendor—when do I submit tax documents?
Vendors must submit valid tax documentation when processing their first payout. Payouts will not be released until all required forms and verification steps are complete.
Currency & Billing
Q7. What currency do you use for billing?
- All transactions are billed in USD (US Dollars) by default.
- Local currency may be displayed for convenience, but final billing always occurs in USD.
- Your digital invoice will clearly show all charges.
Q8. Are there any hidden fees or charges?
No. WebbyTemplate is fully transparent. The checkout page clearly shows:
- Product price
- Applicable taxes (if any)
- Payment processing fees (if applicable)
Vendors receive their earnings after our commission, taxes, and processing fees are deducted.
Pricing & Fairness
Vendors must follow our Fair Pricing Policy, which requires:
- Consistent pricing across all platforms
- No lower price for the same product elsewhere
If a vendor violates this policy, WebbyTemplate may adjust commissions, remove listings, or suspend accounts.
Q10. Can WebbyTemplate change or remove a product due to pricing issues?
Yes. If a product’s pricing violates our policies or shows clear abuse, WebbyTemplate may modify, delist, or suspend it to protect marketplace fairness.
After Purchase
Q11. When will I be charged for my purchase?
- Payment is processed immediately when you complete your checkout.
- After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and the product will be instantly available for download.
Q12. When will I get my download?
Immediately after payment is confirmed, your product is:
- Available in your WebbyTemplate account dashboard
- Sent as a download link in your confirmation email
Q13. What if I can’t download after paying?
Try the following:
- Check your internet connection
- Try another browser or device
- Contact our support team with your order number if the issue continues
Vendor Earnings Basics
Q14. How does commission work for vendors?
- Exclusive Vendors – Earn 75% per sale
- Non-Exclusive Vendors – Earn 40%, with WebbyTemplate retaining 60%
- Commissions are calculated after taxes and processing fees are deducted
Q15. When can vendors withdraw earnings?
- Minimum payout threshold: $100
- Funds are held for 7 days after a sale, then require 7 days processing before release
- First payout requires account verification and tax documentation
Refund Policy (Quick Reference)
Q16. What is the refund policy for digital products?
- All sales are final once the product is downloaded
- Refunds may be considered within 7 days if:
- The item was not downloaded
- It contains critical defects
- The product was misrepresented in its listing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
