- Follow our rules on fair pricing, originality, and buyer support.
- Submit tax documents during your first payout process.
Can I use the same account for buying and selling?

After approval as a vendor, simply switch to your Vendor Dashboard from your profile menu to sell, while still being able to buy products.
What types of products can I sell?
You can sell a variety of digital web assets, including:
- HTML/CSS templates
- UI/UX kits (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- JavaScript plugins or widgets
- Web components & dashboards
- Landing pages & email templates
- CSS frameworks & themes
- Code-based utilities and tools
All items must:
- Be your own original work.

What documentation should be included with my product?
Every product must include:
- Installation/setup guide
- Feature usage instructions
- Requirements or dependencies
- License/support information
- Asset usage rights (e.g., fonts, images)
Good documentation improves buyer experience and reduces support requests.
Are there restrictions on what I can submit?
Yes. You may not upload:
- Incomplete or broken products
- Copyrighted content you don’t own
- Malware, obfuscated code, or suspicious files
- Duplicate/reused versions of existing marketplace items
Violations may result in product removal or account suspension.
What is the product review process?
Before publishing, every item is manually reviewed for:
- Visual and technical quality
- Licensing verification
- Originality (no copyright violations)
- Documentation completeness
- Proper packaging (ZIP file, organized structure)
If approved, your product goes live. If revisions are required, you’ll receive feedback via email.
Can I update my product after it goes live?
Yes. You can upload new versions anytime to:
- Fix bugs
- Improve features
- Update documentation
Be sure to add details in the changelog/version history. Frequent updates build trust and reduce refund risks.
How does the commission structure work?
Commissions depend on your selling model:
- Exclusive (75%) – Sell only on WebbyTemplate and keep 75% of each sale (after fees).
- Non-exclusive (40%) – Sell on multiple platforms and keep 40% here.
All commissions are calculated after payment gateway fees and applicable taxes.
How should I price my products?
You set your own prices, but must follow the Fair Pricing Policy:
- Keep prices fair and consistent with similar products.
- Do not list the same product cheaper elsewhere.
Violations may result in price adjustments, delisting, or account suspension.
Yes. But:
- If you choose Exclusive, you must sell only on WebbyTemplate (earn 75%).
- If you choose Non-exclusive, you can sell elsewhere (earn 40% here).
Be honest about exclusivity—misuse can lead to suspension.
What is the minimum payout threshold?
You can request a payout once your earnings reach $100 USD in cleared funds.
How long does it take to receive my payout?
Payouts follow a two-step process:
- Holding period: 7 days after each sale (refund window).
- Processing period: 7 additional days for validation and transfer.
Total: ~14 days after each sale.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
- Reach $100 in cleared earnings.
- Submit tax documentation (only required for the first payout).
- Choose PayPal or Stripe in your dashboard.
- Request withdrawal—the payout is processed after the 14-day cycle.
Why are my funds on hold?
Funds may be temporarily held due to:
- The 7-day refund window.
- Pending tax verification.
- Refund/dispute investigations.
What happens if a buyer requests a refund?
Refunded amounts are deducted from your balance. Repeated refund issues may trigger a product or account review.
Do I have to provide support for my products?
Yes. All vendors must provide at least 6 months of support for:
- Installation help
- Usage guidance
- Bug fixes (as described in your product page)
- Minor customization (if promised)
How do I provide support to buyers?
- Respond via WebbyTemplate’s ticket system.
- Aim to reply within 24–48 hours.
What if I don’t respond to support requests?
Ignoring buyers may lead to:
- Negative reviews
- Reduced credibility
- Temporary suspension
- Refunds issued to buyers
- Account suspension in severe cases
What if I’m unavailable for a while?
If temporarily away:
- Add a notice on your product page.
- Set an auto-responder with expected reply time.
