The Wishlist is a convenient tool that lets you save your favorite items for future reference. If you find a template or digital product you like but aren’t ready to purchase, you can add it to your Wishlist and revisit it anytime.

How do I access my Wishlist?

You can view and manage your Wishlist by:

  • Clicking the Wishlist option in the top header menu of the website
  • Logging into your WebbyTemplate account
  • Browsing all your saved items in one place

How do I add items to my Wishlist?

 To add an item:

  1.   Log in to your WebbyTemplate account
  2.   Browse to any item you want to save
  3.  Click the heart icon on the item thumbnail or product page
  4.  The heart will turn blue, confirming the item is added to your Wishlist

How do I remove items from my Wishlist?

 You can remove items in two ways:

  • From your Wishlist page: Open Wishlist → find the item → click Remove Item
  • From the product page: Click the heart icon again to un-save the item

What can I do with items in my Wishlist?

 From your Wishlist page, you can:

  • Add to Cart → Move items directly to your shopping cart for checkout
  • View product details → Click an item to see full information
  • Organize favourites → Keep all saved items in one place for easy access

Do I need an account to use the Wishlist?

Yes. You must be logged in to add, view, or manage items in your Wishlist.

How do I contact an author about their product?

All author communication happens through WebbyTemplate’s secure ticketing system:

  1.   Log in to your WebbyTemplate account
  2.   Go to My Profile → Support
  3.   Click Raise a New Ticket and select the relevant product
  4. Submit your query using the ticket form
    The author will be notified and respond as soon as possible.

Why can’t I email or message authors directly?

 Direct contact options like email or messaging are not available. All product inquiries go through tickets because:

  • Conversations remain secure and trackable
  • Responses are organized and managed better
  • Authors can reply in a timely, structured manner
  • You have a complete history of your queries

What should I ask an author before purchasing?

You can contact authors for:

  • Product compatibility with your setup
  • Technical requirements or dependencies
  • Customization options
  • Licensing and usage rights
  • Installation or setup questions

What kind of support do authors provide after purchase?

All authors must provide a minimum of 6 months of support after purchase. This includes:

  • Installation assistance

How long do authors take to respond?

Response times vary by author. Many list their average response time on their product’s support tab. If delays occur, allow some patience as authors may be handling multiple requests.

What if an author doesn’t respond to my ticket?

If you don’t receive a reply:

  • Wait a reasonable time (check the listed response time if available)
  • If delays persist, contact WebbyTemplate Support via the Help Centre Portal
  • Our team can step in to mediate and resolve the issue

What should I do if my purchased item isn’t compatible?

If you face compatibility issues:

  1.   Raise a support ticket with the author
  2.   Provide full details (your setup, software versions, error messages, etc.)
  3. Work with the author for resolution
