How do I contact an author about their product?

All author communication happens through WebbyTemplate’s secure ticketing system:

1.   Log in to your WebbyTemplate account
2.   Go to My Profile → Support
3.   Click Raise a New Ticket and select the relevant product
4. Submit your query using the ticket form The author will be notified and respond as soon as possible.
